Cookie Policy

This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on www.takeflight.digital and in the TakeFlight app. It replaces the policy dated 16 July 2026. Our Privacy Policy explains everything else about how we use personal data.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website places on your device. Similar technologies, such as your browser’s own storage, work in the same way. Some are strictly necessary for a site to work. Others, such as analytics and advertising cookies, are not, and the law says a site must ask you before using those.
2. Our website
Our website sets no analytics or advertising cookies, so it does not show a cookie banner.
- Cloudflare, which hosts the site, may set a strictly necessary cookie (for example one beginning
__cf) to protect the site from attacks and automated traffic. It lasts no more than a day. - The support chat. If you start a chat on our support page, Featurebase, our support tool, sets a cookie beginning featurebase-anon-id that lasts about a year, so it can keep your conversation together, and stores the chat’s settings in your browser. Nothing is stored until you start a chat. It is not used for analytics or advertising.
- Visit counts. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page visits without setting any cookies or storing anything in your browser.
3. The TakeFlight app
The app only uses what is strictly necessary for the service you have asked for, so it does not ask for consent:

4. Our earlier service
Our earlier service runs on pages provided by HighLevel (LeadConnector), which set their own cookies to keep you signed in and the service working. See section 15 of our Privacy Policy.
5. If this changes
If we ever add a cookie that is not strictly necessary, such as analytics, we will update this policy first and ask for your agreement before setting it. Rejecting will be as easy as accepting.
6. Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings at any time. Blocking the strictly necessary ones will stop sign-in and some parts of the site working.
